RAJESH AHUJA (Director)
Cosmos Developers Pvt. Ltd was established in the Year 1986 by Mr. Rajesh Ahuja, a Real Estate Industry veteran with an enriched Work experience. An alumnus of Delhi University, he started his career very early when Real estate was still in its initial stages with only a handful working in the field. He has to his credits many well-constructed Residential Projects in Delhi/NCR and is a name to reckon with when it comes to Buying, selling and leasing of properties in prominent and prestigious areas and flawless execution of some landmark deals in the industry.
His Hands on Knowledge, Insights and Expertise in real estate industry is the guiding force for team cosmos. It is in his able guidance and leadership that cosmos has not only survived the high's and lows but has come out with bright colors and made its name and mark in the developing Real
sector.
RAHUL AHUJA (Director)
Rahul can be well described as the able torch bearer of Cosmos Developers Pvt. Ltd. And he has joined the team on basis of his merits and interest in growing the business further. He has always demonstrated an entrepreneurial mindset during his growing up years and is an accomplished sportsperson having represented Delhi cricket team for Under-16, under-19 and Under-22 levels, Table Tennis zonal Champion at School and college level.
He joined the business a decade back after graduating from prestigious St. Stephens college. Rahul brings his hands on knowledge from the field of sports when it comes to qualities like leadership, mentoring, Motivating. challenging and guiding his team. It is his vison and mission to take company miles ahead in near future and continue expanding keeping our organisation values intact.
